Support

At Highfields, we place support at the centre of the process. Our team are friendly, attentive and helpful and every project has a dedicated Project Manager. We are told that our Project Managers are “experts in their field” (AGD) and extremely patient if there are any last-minute changes that need to be made.

Furniture Hire

A comprehensive catalogue, spanning hospitality ranges, lounge furniture and general seating. Available in a variety of colours, with contrasting tables, diameters and styles.

Floral

Offering any range of floral, from large displays, troughs or table top. 

Consultation

It starts with a brief and your wants and needs. We are here to work at your pace - whether that is simply submitting your brief to us to interpret into a design proposal, a phone consultation, online meeting or a traditional meeting. We can arrange the consultation to suit you, and offer the assistance and help that you might require. 

Design

Creativity, bringing your brand and product to life in front of potentially thousands of your customers, is at the heart of what we do. Our small team of creatives experiment with new ideas, new concepts, to constantly push our ideas forward, ensuring our clients have exciting and enganging exhibition spaces. 

Graphics

Printing direct to substrate foamex and boards, large format banner prints and a selection of different vinyls dependent on application. We have artworkers who can design your stand graphics for your or even create branding (at an additional cost).    

Technology & AV

Engage your visitors with motion and sound. AV hire consisting traditional screens that loop client videos to high-end video walls, apps, transparent screens and curved video walls. 

Manufacture

Manufacturing, factory, CNC rooms, spray booths, covering benches and electrical stores are all located on-site.  

Logistics

Our logistics fleet includes a variety of different vehicles dependent on logistical and size requirements. Our fleet are able to transport built stand components across the UK and Europe. We know that if built components are transported by our fleet, and by our drivers, they will arrive in good time, ready to start work. 

 

Storage

There are 3 large storage facilities located on the Highfields premises. In total, they represent over 35,000 square feet of dry warehousing space and are organised into:
  • Long-term (deep) storage for projects that are bi-annual
  • Medium term for annual projects
  • Short term high-frequency warehouse, where components are regularly being used. 

A furniture building facility is also located on-site. This houses the numerous furniture ranges and options.

Exhibition models, displays and quick, easy to understand eye-catching statements all aimed to draw visitors to a stand and engage.
