Focussed on exhibition design that delivers
Exhibition stands have a defined life cycle. Here are the the main phases of exhibition projects at Highfields:
Projects are given a deadline date to submit artwork. Our designers are here to help and can check any artwork after you submit your files. Artwork then enters production.
This is the time to network, meet new and exisitng clients and sell! Your stand will delivered, installed and show ready with the back-up of our full support term, before, during and after the event.
After the show, you will be given the option to safely store your stand components in our safe, dry warehousing, ready for the next event! Re-using your exhibition stand can be more cost effective and sustainable.
At a certain point, either the stand design has finished it's contracted usage, a new design is required or indivudal components are out-of-date or deemed to be old and unsafe, components will need to be recycled. These will be recycled at our local recylcing facility (located on the same industrial estate).
Manufacturing brand new stands in their entirety, removing from storage and refurbishing previously used stands and components or manufacturing new displays for exisitng stands. Whatever your requirements for your next stand, we can assist.

New stands are manufactured for your bespoke needs or if a re-use, refurbished to an as new condition* *please note that after time, stand components may become tired even after careful refurbishment, at which time our clients are advised.
