It starts with great design. A concpet that's on-brief, bringing your brand and product to life in front of potentially thousands of your customers. Our small team of creatives experiment with new ideas, new concepts, to constantly push our ideas forward, ensuring our clients have exciting and enganging exhibition spaces.
We design hundreds of exhibition stands a year - but every exhibition is unique and we approach every design with fresh ideas, enthusiasm and creativity, regardless of size.
"Overall wow!", "love the new design!"; just some of our creatives' feedback and two of our favourite words to describe our work!
At Highfields, we have the confidence and ambition to think outside of the box to create new and exciting ways of achieving desired results (although we always test prior to a live show in our factory).
We are met with many questions regarding our creativeness. For instance, can we create an exploded model to explain the inner workings of a complicated, hard to explain product? How can we make a thumb sized product easily engaging to a visitor and take a message away? How can we create an exciting time-line and history of, that is simple yet engaging? How can we create a “Wow” factor? – Our answer is that every stand is unique, we will always strive to find creative ways to bring our clients products or services to life, no matter how difficult it may seem, we can achieve it. Visit our Portfolio to see how we have overcome many challenges using our creative insights.
One of the key components to any exhibition stand is print, specifically good quality, high resolution print. Highfields owns and operates the latest UV LED technology and latex printers that are set-up for exhibitions. Virtually everything for an exhibition can be printed in-house at Highfields.
As we do not subcontract any of our print, we can guarantee a superior, higher impact image, that will always go through our quality control procedures. If there is poor resolution, banding or any other defect, we will re-print.
This also affords us time, granting us the ability to print quickly and responsively to any and all changes. We can accommodate changes and new prints rapidly, rather than negotiating with external companies.
Before a show, clients are welcomed into our studios to personally confirm they are happy with the quality of their print.
Highfields operates a logistics fleet and we do not hire in vehicles, drivers or trailers. We pride ourselves on our guarantee to deliver stand components and items to sites safely, on-time and ready to build.
Our labourers and drivers are given plenty of time to wrap, load and unload components to ensure pristine delivery and installation. We often unload in sequence around the stand, as components and products are on hand when needed. This allows for a more efficient installation (often allowing us to hand over earlier).
The benefits of manufacturing in-house are endless. We actively and continuously search for the best people within the exhibition industry, allowing us to guarantee the quality of built components. We have invested into the latest CNC machinery, giving us the ability to create the most intricate and unique stand designs, allowing for the perfect cut.
We can build components in our factory at a clients’ request, ready for inspection. If new or additional components/items need to be manufactured, Highfields can accommodate this with impeccable turnaround times, ready for a show.
At the expo, our stands look and feel as visualised and will include everything that was discussed.
Many of our clients want to reuse their stand components for future exhibitions. For returning clients, we offer our very own secure storage options in our on-site warehouses. This maximises the longevity of your stand, value for money and return on investment. We can offer 3-year contracts or multi-show contracts on the majority of our projects.
We are members of the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) a recognised industry trade body representing the very best suppliers of goods and services to the events industry.
